
🌿 **Mind and Breath Infusion**
*A clarifying, uplifting tea to support respiratory wellness and mental focus.*
**Ingredients:**
- 1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 sprig fresh)
- 1 tbsp dried mullein leaf
- 1 tsp dried sage leaf (or 3–4 fresh leaves)
- 8–10 oz freshly boiled water
- Optional: slice of lemon or raw honey to taste
**Instructions:**
1. Place rosemary, mullein, and sage in a tea infuser or directly in your mug.
2. Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs and cover to steep for 10–15 minutes.
3. Strain thoroughly — especially important when using loose mullein.
4. Add lemon or honey if desired.
5. Sip slowly and breathe deeply.
